How do I sign in to InkLinka?
Use the login page with your verified email to access the CRM.
InkLinka uses email + password authentication. If your session is already active, the app should redirect you to the dashboard automatically.
Steps
- Open the login page.
- Enter your verified email and password.
- If you are redirected back to login, refresh once and check that your session is still active.
If still not solved
- Provide the email address you used.
- Share the exact error message or screenshot.
- Tell us the browser and device you are using.
How do I reset my password?
Request a reset email and follow the secure link.
Use the “Forgot password” flow to receive a reset email. The reset link opens a secure page where you can set a new password.
Steps:
- Open the “Forgot password” page.
- Enter your account email and submit.
- Follow the email link and set a new password.
If still not solved:
- Check spam and promotions folders.
- Share the timestamp when you requested the reset.
- Confirm the email address you entered.
Why am I redirected to onboarding?
Onboarding appears when required studio fields are missing.
Onboarding is shown when the studio profile or required setup fields are incomplete. Completing onboarding unlocks the main workspace.
Steps:
- Fill all required studio fields marked with an asterisk.
- Save changes and wait for the confirmation.
- Return to the dashboard to verify access.
If still not solved:
- Provide the studio name you entered.
- Share which required fields are missing or failing.
- Include the last save time and any errors.
How do I switch between studios or workspaces?
Use the studio switcher when you belong to multiple tenants.
If your account belongs to multiple studios, use the studio selector to switch context. Each workspace has its own data and settings.
Steps:
- Open the studio selector in the header.
- Pick the studio you want to work in.
- Confirm the switch and reload the view.
If still not solved:
- List the studios visible to you.
- Share which one you cannot access.
- Note if you are an invited artist or owner.
How do roles and permissions work?
Roles control feature access based on weight and permissions.
Roles define which features a user can access. Higher-weight roles usually have more permissions, and access is enforced per tenant.
Steps:
- Open Team and select a member.
- Choose a role with the needed permissions.
- Save changes and ask the user to refresh.
If still not solved:
- Share the member email and role name.
- Include which feature remains locked.
- Mention if the user is an invited artist.
How does the trial period work?
Trials unlock features until the trial end date.
Trials are active for a limited time and unlock plan features. The end date is shown in the subscription banner.
Steps:
- Open Subscription to view trial status.
- Check the trial end date.
- Upgrade to continue without interruption.
If still not solved:
- Share the trial end date shown.
- Provide your tenant name.
- Include a screenshot of the subscription banner.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Plans are managed in the Subscription section.
Subscription changes are made through the Subscription page or Stripe portal. Your plan updates after successful checkout.
Steps:
- Open Subscription and select a plan.
- Complete checkout in Stripe.
- Return to InkLinka to confirm the plan.
If still not solved:
- Share the plan ID you selected.
- Include the Stripe session ID if available.
- Mention whether webhook events were received.
How do I invite a team member?
Send invitations from the Team page with the correct role.
Team invitations are managed on the Team page. You choose a role and send an invite to the user’s email.
Steps:
- Open the Team page.
- Click invite and enter the email.
- Assign a role and send the invitation.
If still not solved:
- Provide the invitee email and role.
- Check if the invite is pending or rejected.
- Share the time the invite was sent.
How do I update my studio profile details?
Use the Profile or Settings pages to change studio data.
Studio profile data is edited in the Profile or Settings sections. Changes apply to your tenant and update branding across the app.
Steps:
- Open Profile or Settings from the main menu.
- Update studio name, logo, timezone, or contact details.
- Press Save and wait for the confirmation.
If still not solved:
- Share which field refuses to save.
- Provide your tenant name and user email.
- Attach a screenshot of the error state.
